So, yes! I Want to Work at goop.

I’m Keri Atchley, a hands-on designer and creative director
with three decades of experience across editorial, luxury and lifestyle branding, publishing, digital, packaging and experiential design.

This role feels unusually aligned with both the work I’ve built my career around and the kind of work I want to do next.

That is the kind of environment I want to help build.

why goop?

I’ve admired goop for years, not only for its aesthetic, but for the curiosity behind it. The intersection of beauty, wellness, fashion, food, design and conscious living feels remarkably natural to me.

I believe in practicing what I put into the world. I care about thoughtful design, well-being, curiosity, kindness and making things a little more beautiful than I found them.

I’d love to bring that perspective, along with three decades of multidisciplinary design experience, to a brand whose visual world I already understand, respect and genuinely enjoy.

What I bring to the table

I’m still very much a hands-on designer. I love the details: typography, image selection, composition, hierarchy, production, and that tiny adjustment that suddenly makes everything click.

Experience has also taught me to see the larger system. I know how an idea needs to move from an editorial spread to a landing page, an email, a campaign, a package, a social asset, or a physical experience without losing what makes the brand distinctive.

I bring a strong point of view without needing to be the only voice in the room. I enjoy mentoring designers, collaborating across disciplines, and working with people whose perspectives are different from mine. Individuality makes creative teams better.
