So, yes! I Want to Work at goop.
I’m drawn to companies that understand originality is not something to smooth away — it is what makes a team, a culture, and a brand compelling.
The most exciting creative environments bring together people with singular perspectives, give curiosity room to become ideas and encourage those ideas to grow into something unexpected. They value ambitious work without losing sight of the people making it. They recognize that well-being, generosity and creative excellence can— and should — exist together.
That is the kind of environment I want to help build.
And it is why goop immediately felt different from another job opening.why this feels personal
I’m Keri Atchley, a multidisciplinary designer and creative director with more than 25 years of experience shaping brands, books, magazines, campaigns, products, spaces and experiences.
My career has never fit neatly into one category. Neither has my curiosity.
I move comfortably between big-picture creative direction and hands-on execution—finding the central idea, creating the visual language and carrying it through every meaningful detail. I bring strong instincts, high standards, multidisciplinary experience and a leadership style grounded in collaboration, encouragement and kindness.
For years, my friends, colleagues and clients have asked one another, “WWKD?”
What would Keri do?
It began playfully, but it came to represent something important: trust your instincts, find the thoughtful solution, bring good energy and leave things a little better than you found them.
That philosophy is also behind kerij—my personal interpretation (and phonetic spelling) of courage. To me, courage is curiosity, reinvention, creative conviction, and helping other women recognize what they are capable of becoming. I have it tattooed on my wrist beside a symbol for light, reminding me to bring both into the room.
I would bring more than experience to goop. I would bring leadership, intuition, generosity, high standards, a deeply developed visual eye—and genuine excitement about helping create what comes next.

About You
You're a highly seasoned designer with a refined creative vision and a deep passion for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. About The Role

Set and uphold the creative standard for the team, providing direction and constructive feedback to junior designers to ensure quality and consistency.
Drive projects from concept through final production, iterating rapidly while maintaining a cohesive design approach across a wide range of content.
Partner closely with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual executions under tight deadlines.
Champion and evolve the goop visual identity, proactively identifying opportunities to push the brand forward across both digital and physical experiences.

Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
Proven ability to mentor junior designers and lead projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Impeccable taste, sharp eye for typography and layout, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with outstanding interpersonal skills.
